Oh Lola Swimwear Return Policy

At Oh Lola Swimwear, our micro bikinis are designed as intimate pieces, similar to lingerie or underwear. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, unless it arrives with damage caused during shipping or shows a manufacturing defect (something we take pride in carefully avoiding). Please note: Sale items, gifts, and promotional pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process either an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference.

To begin a return, simply get in touch with us by sending your return inquiry to our customer service team. We’ll carefully review your request, and if your return qualifies under our policy, we’ll email you the return instructions and shipping address. Please remember that all return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and instructions will only be provided once the return has been approved.

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned piece. And exchanges will take 24 to 48 for processing (more for handmade accents) to be shipped after we received the returned piece.
