Shipping Policy
Free U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more. Free international shipping from $200, up to $300, depending on the destination.
United States orders under $100 have a $10 shipping fee. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
International free shipping is not one worldwide minimum. It starts at $200 for lower-cost destinations and at $300 for higher-cost destinations, such as Japan. Enter your country at checkout to see which threshold applies and the fee below it. Free shipping covers the courier fee only.
Customs
Important for United States purchases
Orders placed after August 29 may be subject to customs tariffs. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that apply. If you do not want to pay those charges yourself, choose “Customs Duties Paid by Oh Lola” at checkout. That option adds about 7 to 8 days to the regular transit time. All orders ship directly from Caracas, Venezuela.
As a U.S.-based company, we produce our pieces abroad and ship them directly to you. This lets us offer personalized service and a wide range of bottom styles while keeping the price accessible, including after the newer customs duties.
Important for international purchases
Customs rules vary by country, and we cannot predict whether your order will be charged import duty or tax. Those charges are set by your local authorities. Parcels ship from Caracas with DHL. Your customs agency may require payment before it releases the package. In that case you are the legal importer, and clearance and any related costs are your responsibility.
Free shipping does not cover customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes. If you are unsure about charges, check with your local customs office before you order.
How can I track my order?
You receive a tracking number only after the order has shipped. We use DHL, and USPS for remote U.S. and Canada addresses. Most parcels arrive within 12 to 15 business days. Remote locations may take longer. Handmade accents can add up to 3 days before the parcel ships.
Can I cancel my order?
The window to cancel is small, because pieces are cut and shipped quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How are the handmade accents crafted?
Handmade accents are sewn or embroidered by artisans. Allow up to 3 extra days before those orders ship.
Will my order require a signature at delivery?
DHL will text you to confirm delivery instructions. A signature may be required.
What if an item or my parcel goes missing?
If a parcel goes missing, contact us with your order number. We will trace it with the courier and work with you on the next step.
