As a U.S.-based company committed to quality and value, we produce all of our pieces abroad and ship them directly to you. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to provide personalized service while offering a wide variety of bottom styles for every bikini. Even with the recently introduced customs duties, we guarantee premium quality at an accessible price.

Please note that customs policies vary from country to country, and it is not possible for us to predict whether your order will be subject to import duties or taxes. While we always aim to make your delivery as smooth as possible, any such charges are determined by your local authorities and remain outside of our control.

All customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. Since our products are shipped from Caracas in partnership with DHL, your local customs agency may require payment before releasing your package. In these situations, you are considered the legal importer, and it is your responsibility to handle clearance and any associated costs before delivery.

If you’re concerned about potential charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office in advance for clarification.

You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped. We use DHL and USPS (for US and Canada orders). Most parcels arrive within 5 to 7 days (remote locations may take longer). If items have handmade accents, please allow up to 3 days for production.

Please note that the window to cancel is small, as we do our best to craft the pieces and ship them quickly.

All pieces with handmade craft are sewn or embroidered by artisans. Please allow up to 3 days for handmade and embroidered accents orders to process before shipping.

As we ship with DHL, you will receive a text message to provide delivery instructions.
